CurateGrid Terms of Use

Provisional terms of Motovolo Inc. (Panama). Date: 16 October 2026, GMT-5. These terms apply to use of the service from publication and do not reduce mandatory legal rights.

Service and access

CurateGrid helps organize materials, reviews, votes and decisions in workspaces. The person or organization managing a workspace determines its purpose, participants, permissions and rules. Use your own account or an authorized invitation, protect your credentials and do not share links that grant access.

The organizer should communicate the rules, criteria, deadlines and intended use of results before an evaluation. Scores and comments reflect participants' activity; they do not by themselves constitute certification, professional advice or a guarantee about a work.

Materials and permitted use

You retain your rights in materials you provide. You authorize Motovolo only to host, technically process, create previews or derivatives and display those materials to authorized people as necessary to provide the service. You must have permission to provide works, images of people and third-party data. Unauthorized access, unlawful content, impersonation and interference with other workspaces are prohibited.

Files may contain names, locations and other metadata. Review who can access them before sharing. A converted preview may contain less metadata than the original; retaining an original does not mean hiding its data from every participant.

Education and children

Student activities must be organized by an authorized institution or adult. Use minimum necessary data, prefer pseudonyms and obtain required permissions before including children's information. School authorization does not replace Motovolo's own obligations or permit unrelated commercial uses.

Purchases, ending use and requests

Before paying, review the plan, amount, currency, duration and payment provider shown at checkout. The payment periods currently offered do not imply automatic renewal. An expired self-service workspace may restrict editing without automatically deleting its content.

To cancel, request delivery or removal of data, question a charge or report a problem, use the support or contracting channel you already have, or contact your workspace administrator. Identify CurateGrid and the affected workspace without sending passwords or full card numbers. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law; no automatic refund is promised and statutory rights remain available.

Access may be limited to protect accounts, meet legal obligations or address misuse. The service seeks continuity but does not promise uninterrupted availability or a guaranteed recovery time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through available service channels; any applicable specific agreement is read together with these terms and mandatory law.
